Pre-ORDER Procedure for The Market at Pepper Place

Hey everyone!

During this interesting time that is the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are following the guidelines in place for vendors at The Market at Pepper Place and limiting sales to "pre-orders only".

Most ordering will be done from the Pepper Place Store site, but for certain items where the weight of the cut varies significantly from package to package, we will continue to take orders through this website.  If we can match your name up from both sites, we will combine your orders in one package for pickup.  Please be patient as we work to get your order confirmed and filled.  PLEASE SUBMIT ORDERS BY 4PM ON FRIDAY!

This process, including specification of your order, confirmation from us, and invoicing for payment runs through e-mail.  You can use the form below to send an e-mail message or send it to via your own e-mail system.

When your order comes in (and we get back to our computer), we will review it, confirm by e-mail that we received it, and ask for any clarifications needed.  Then, we package it up, take a snapshot of the order, and send an invoice with the totals, any additional instructions, and the photo.  If you don't see a confirmation within 24 hours, then something went wrong, please try again.

Every Day Steaks

  • $10/lb Cube Steaks (stir fry, chicken fried steak, or sandwiches, 3-5 in a pack, ~1 to 1.5 lb each pkg)​ (Check out this great recipe!)
  • $18/lb Skirt Steak (1-3 lbs each)
  • $14/lb Hanger/Butcher Steak (1-3 lbs each)
  • $20/lb Flat Iron Steaks - Half and Whole Flat Irons Available (1-4+ lbs)
  • $20/lb Flank Steaks (whole, 1-3 lbs each) (may run out this week)
  • $18/lb Sirloin Steak (individually packaged, 1/2 to 1 lb each)

Roasts (get out the crockpot - home cooking the easy way!)

  • Sirloin Tip Roast for $15/lb (3 - 4 lbs each)
  • Chuck Eye Roasts (limited number remain) & Whole Loins for $12/lb (2.5-3.5 lb roasts, 6-8 lb loins -cut some steaks, roast the rest!)
  • Rump Roast for $12/lb (~3 lbs)
  • (just a few left) Shoulder Roast for $10/lb (~2-3 lbs)
