Our first subscription plan works with 16 sides of beef with an average hanging weight of 400 lbs each over a 16 month period. We started this subscription program with a side of beef we picked up on July 15, 2019, and have been making deliveries ever since then. You can absolutely hop it to the program at any time - it is a hit and we will be continuing it!
While the term of the subscription is 16 months, we have several billing options available to fit every budget. These are the options available for this plan:
Whole: one up front payment of $2,240 (equivalent to $140/delivery)
Half: two payments of $1,200, one up front and one before your 9th delivery (equivalent to $150/delivery)
Quarter: four payments of $640, one up front and then one before your 5th, 9th, and 13th deliveries (equivalent to $160/delivery)
Per Delivery: $175 payment before each delivery. Note: this option requires initial payment of "first and last delivery".
Invoices will be sent by e-mail 14-20 days before the next delivery and must be paid before receiving the delivery.
Once the processing for the side of beef is complete, we will bring it to our farm facility and sort it into the various slots for each delivery. When we know exactly what is in your box, we will send an e-mail to notify you of the content and available locations for pick-up.
If you would like to add additional cuts to your delivery from our retail menu, let us know and we will add them at a 15% discount over retail.
While the Farmers Markets are in season, the preferred pick-up location will be at your nearest Farmers Market that we attend. Out of season, we will arrange a meeting spot and time (typically the site of one of these Farmers Markets) to meet.

Signing up is easy! First, use the "Contact Us" for to clear up any questions you might have (and to let us know that you are interested).
Then, download our CSA Beef Subscription Annual Contract and fill it out with your contact information, billing options, and delivery options. "Contract" may sound intimidating, but there is no fine print - just an agreement that we both understand that this is a long term committment. You can bring it to us in person at one of our Farmers Market stops or scan & send it to us in e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After we have received your completed contract, we will invoice you for either the initial payment or a deposit of $100 (if it will be a while before the next subscription fills up and starts).
